Seller did not honor his 14 day Hassle free/hassle free warranty policy. I ordered an $70 item (not including $15 s/h which on a different site he offers for less) item that ended up being incorrect and he confirmed a return.

Product was sent within 7 days of my receiving it. I re-packaged and returned at his request, following his instructions, and after paying another $13 to return his product-36 days later and several attempts to resolve this I am still trying to get my money back. I have been attempting to resolve this with "Levon" who has remained dishonest, unprofessional, and refuses to abide by his company's posted policies.

Levon continues to hassle me by sending belittling e-mails, blatantly refusing to refund my money while obviously violating his posted return policy, asking personal questions, my reasons for returning, detailed regarding my vehicles which he did not need, address, and etc.

He even made up a NEW policy to conveniently refuse my refund. This policy is not posted anywhere on his website or his eBay store, and which is not in compliance with his alleged "Hassle-Free Returns/Warranty". To make things easier I have provided him with every detail he had asked for even though his policy does not clearly state he needs any such information, and I have been ignored and treated rudely while trying to simply receive my money back.

I gave him information including: the original order number, that which is relating to the shipping return, where I sent it from, where I had sent it (an address which he provided), the original order information, and I paid him for the original product and shipping immediately without delay/hassle.

Levon still refuses to refund me my $70. He continues to elude me, and provides no substantial reasons for refusing my refund., just simply that he refuses For sake of this report I have provided one of my messages to him concerning this. His only responses have been rude and unhelpful. The messages I received in return were very demeaning, disrespectful and harmful to me. If needed, I will provide all of these as well.

I advised Levon that I would be reporting this if this could not be resolved professionally. I am keeping my promise to him.

I am hoping that this is the case with this problem since I have met all of the posted above requirements, in addition to providing you a significant amount of further information which was clearly not posted on your site.

My item was purchased via e-bay/PayPal on 12/11/09
I did not receive it until the end of the following week. Upon receiving the starter I immediately attempted to install it.
The starter had notable differences (and I took pictures of both yours and mine for comparison)
I contacted you on 12/17/09 to return it. I also admitted that I made the mistake ordering it.
You verified this and advised me to return this with a note (and I did exactly) on 12/18/09

I sent the starter via USPS on 12/18/09, the very same day from Denver, Co. This has only been 7 days (4 business days), and was sent with plenty of time remaining per your 14-day hassle-free return policy.

Despite your "Hassle-Free" return/warranty; I have already provided you my vehicle information, reasons for return, my personal information, you've already had my order # and my PayPal account for your funds, and now I am providing you with my (see below) USPS transaction information. All of which does not comply with your hassle-free warranty/return, but I did so anyway in attempt to work with you instead of against you. I also noticed that your shipping rates on e-bay and your website conflict with one another, but this is not of my concern. I simply want my $69.95 back without further hassle or delay.

36 days later, and several attempts to contact/resolve this problem I find myself without my money or a product. I hope that we can resolve this professionally as I have complied with all of your requests, and gave you my money as well as a perfectly functional (or as you had shipped) returned product in good faith. I have also been very patient, professional, and given you more than adequate time to resolve this. Had our roles been reversed and I owed you money, I am certain you might have already filed a complaint against me through e-bay, PayPal, and possibly the BBB. We are both very busy working professionals, and I am hoping we can handle this without conflict.
