This is absolutley ridiculous this company she be fined by the state or shut down there are numorous reports on this outfit i ordered a dashKit on 12/16 2 actually one i recieved no issues * WOO HOO * the second came except it was totally wrong it was a six piece kit and i recieved 2 pieces i called in they apologized and stated that the problem would be fixed they were calling the maunfacture and getting the missing pieces shipped that was three weeks ago still i yet to recieve anything
I called to complain spoke to a manager who stated that it would take a another 72hrs to ship i asked that it be overnighted due to it being there mistake he stated that they would not because i didn't pay for overnight shipping!!! Really!!! When i told him keep the pieces just give me my money back he stated that a refund would be sent out in 72 hrs i waited nothing was sent of course called back today i'm being told that my items would be ship in 2 days i said screw the items i want my money AlEX ext 825 told me they would not refund me i asked to speak to a manager of course she's on the phone her Name is supposedly May ext 816
Long story short i know i got screwed please do yourself a favor buy from some where else these guys are crooks plain and simple
