Diane trigani of d'gani standard poodles sells puppies that have significant health and/or genetic defects.
We purchased a puppy from Diane Trigani during the summer of 2009. The dog's teeth were deeply stained. She was contacted and she said it was probably from eating dog food that was brown.
It turns out that not only were the dog's teeth genetically stained, but the dog had no enamel on it's teeth and it is called enamel hypoplasia. This was confirmed by dr. Jan bellows a fort lauderdale dog dentist (weston, florida).
Diane Trigani said, "I will take the dog back, but I cannot pay you a refund all at once." Yes, that's right, folks. The answer is that SHE WILL LIE AND CON YOU INTO BELIEVING THAT SHE WILL EITHER GIVE YOU A REPLACEMENT PUPPY OR SHE WILL GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK EVENTUALLY AND THEN SHE NEVER WILL.
We have filed a report against her with the AKC but the more important thing is this: SHE WILL SELL YOU A SICK DOG AND THEN IGNORE THE FLORIDA PET LEMON LAW AND WILL NOT HONOR HER OWN WARRANTY.
She operates a grooming salon out of her own home and charges $100 per grooming, but she will not stand behind her breeding. She hires the excellent handler Kaz Hosaka for shows but will not stand behind her own supposed excellent reputation - does Kaz Hosaka know that he is handling dogs for a person who is running an outfit that is breeding dogs that have such serious genetic faults and a person who ruins her own reputation? You are slandering not only your own reputation, but everyone who associates with you, Diane.
Diane Trigani, you owe us $1000.00 in a refund that you PROMISED not only in a signed contract, but in front of Ms. Maria Brown and ourselves. You then said, and I QUOTE, "Do not EVER expect me to give you a refund because I can never afford it."
Well, I am letting the world know, along with every standard poodle breeder that I speak to, that you are selling dogs with significant health problems, will not stand behind your own warranty, make false promises, and worst of all, are going to continue to victimize other people.
Everyone, contact us if you need any further information. We are preparing a lawsuit at this time about this issue. Diane Trigani should be put out of business.
