Last September the caller from Creative Solutions convinced me they had a buyer for my timeshare in the Bahamas.in October after I called then they said they had sent a letter to the potential buyer with the details of the transaction.in November they called and told they had a buyer and they had arranged financing and the details would be available shortly.in November they called to tell me the buyer had agreed to terms. I December they called to tell me that a closing was scheduled for Jan 12th and that the buyer also wanted to buy the 2 weeks I had on deposit in the timeshare bank.
On the first contact that asked for and charged me $999. And when they called about the purchase of the extra 2 weeks they arranged to charge me an additional $599. However, when I called them in January they told me the buyer had changed their mind and they would relist my property for sale. This is a giant scam operation. The Florida authorities should close this place down and prosecute the criminals involved in this operation.
