Approximately four months ago, I was contacted by a sales rep from creative vacation solutions. I was told that there were four potential buyers for my time share. The sales rep misrepresented what type of company Creative Vacation Solutions was. He indicated that Creative Vacation Solutions did a lot more than simply list my property on their website (which is all they do).
I was told that my credit card would not be charged until a contract has been signed. My card was charged $1287 the very same day; days before I ever saw any contract. Everytime I called, I was given a bogus story about a customer who getting financing or left a deposit etc... And to call back in 30 days.
When I confronted the sales rep, he passed me on to customer service. Customer service fed me the same line of bull. Customer service told me that they don't give refunds and there is no one else I can talk to. It's been more than 120 Days and no sale.
