Creative Vacations from West Palm Beach called to tell me they had a buyer for my time share condo for more than what I was asking. I was asking $10,000 and they said they had a buyer already approved by Wells Fargo for $14,000. All I would have to pay is $1280 for a title seach and I would get this back at closing. This sounded fishy to me so I asked Creative Vacations to ask the "so called" buyer if they were willing to pay for the title seach I would save them $4, ooo buy selling it to them for $10,000. Creative Vacations said they would get back with me. Naturally they have not called me back because this is a SCAM. They have no buyer or else they would call back.
