Your item will be accepted back for a 100% store credit towards future purchases. *You are responsible for the shipping charges when sending the item back to us. I do not recommend that you do business with Prousses because they are complete hypocrites of the services they promise. Do not allow yourself to be cheated. I contacted PayPal about this matter and filed a complaint. He told PayPal that he would agree to pay back my money, but only paid me about $50 out of about $600 and said that he would refuse to pay the rest. I have also filed a complaint with BetterBusinessBureau and online FBI, but I have not seen any money yet and it has been 3 months.
