They sent me an official-looking lettier n the mail telling me I've won a new car and want a MANDITORY $45.00 release fee. 2010 Mazda 6 Grand Touring Sedan

Has anyone ever heard of a place Called Four Palms, out of Lake Forest, IL? They sent me a very official-lookking letter in the mail which said, in a sence, that I had won a car (or it's cash equivalient) and wanted a MANDITORY $45.00 release fee to ship it.
