I canciled the services offered and never used them, I was told to request a refund from First Merchants resource. I mailed a letter request and never received an answere. I then called the company and ask for a refund again and they refused. Now I am in the prcess of dissputing the charges with my Credi card company. I feel I have been ripped of big time in the amount of $139.95.
