Lake forest pool unfair

I had lake forest pool come out and repair my spa heater on 10/20 on 10/30 the heater went out again so i called them and came out on 11/4 replaced the same part and charged me again for labor again of 40.00 after i already paid 260.00 the 1st time unfair to be charged again
