Have not returned my money after 2 months. Keep getting the run around. I consider it unfair business practice

I ordered Video through AT&T when signing up for internet services. Beware. I returned the introductory set on November 24. I am yet to get my money back. Every time I call, they say it will be sent, but it hasn't. The customer service agent will not put a supervisor on the phone. They are quick to take your money out of your checking account, but will not return it. This company does not do what they say they will do.
