Eric Opalesky was sitting in traffic behind a large bus located at the corner of Pico Boulevard and Sepulveda Boulevard in West Los Angeles. He suddenly decided that he no longer wanted to be gehind a bus, so without looking he turned into the next lane where I was sitting in my vehicle and he struck my vehicle with his. He motioned for me to fillow him around the corner where we could stop and exchange information. He accepted fault for the accident and even offered to have one of of his friends pull the dent out. He made it clear that he did not want this accident reported on his driving record and did not want this reported to his insurance company.
When I got home, I found out from my husband, a former insurance claims adjuster that dents cannot be pulled out of panels where the the metal is formed or molded. A phone call to his insurance company, The Auto Club of Southern California was made.
