Recently, I was involved in an auto accident. The other driver was at fault and has Metlife Auto Insurance. My statement and the police accident report, as well as vehicle damage indicate that the other driver was at fault. The other driver attempted to make an illegal turn into oncoming traffic and was struck.
Metlife disregarded my statement, as well as the accident report and believed the lie from the other driver. Metlife refuses to pay for damages which I must now turn over to my insurance. My insurance company reported, on all evidence, that the other driver was at fault.
