I spoke to MR. Pasha a few weeks ago and he is charging me an upfront cost of 2495 to help me modify my mortgage. But than I see all of these things online saying that attorneys in california can not charge up front for a loan modification.
I really am confused and i dont know who to trust. From the looks of things he has scammed numerous people but I refuse to be scammed by him. I will be calling him by the end of the week to ask why hes charging me 2400 dollars upfont when he is not supposed to. He did charge my brother in law 2000 to help him modify his mortgage, is that really a law?
I am 66 with a fixed income and i can not afford to loose my home. He also told me not to make my, mortgage payment so I skipped this month and now i am one month behind... I am so confused and i dont know what to do...
