I ordered parts from this company. Parts came in wrong. After 8 hours of phone calls and text, contacted owner barry sanders. After 45 minutes of barry insulting an intelligent consumer, we got nowhere (a few days ago). Tonight barry calls me to work things out, only because i researched company and found many, many, many unresolved complaints!!! Barry being the boss, said he would give me 60 seconds to defend myself, but as a consumer i advised him i would take my time and hurt his big ego where it counts in the pocketbook$, by reporting him to other potential suckers!!! I hung up on him and he rang my phones dozens of times in fustration. I am a third generation self employed businessman, and if i can give anyone advice stay clear of this company!!! I have never met such rude, incompetent, non-consumer staff in my life!!! If you ask him a question he doesnt answer you, he just tries (very badly) to quote the bible (what the heck is that?!!). Barry sounds like a jewish name to me!? I think he is trying to fool his employees "and" his customers!!!
