Tom Barry Fraudulent, Loggers, Skidders, Heavy Equipment, Timber Harvesting, custom log bodies, trucks, loaders, BBB noncompliance

The good old, bait and switch tactic, Barry Equipment Co., Inc. And Tom Barry falsely represented verbally and in an advertisement a $15,000.00 piece of equipment for my logging company.

Trusting Barry, I made a $5,000.00 deposit, sight unseen. Buyer beware - the add, photos and sales pitch were clearly for another trailer when I arrived to pick it up.

Tom Barry yessed me to death but then did not refund my deposit. He did not respond to my numerous calls and letters nor would he cooperate with the Better Business Bureau's investigation.

I am now forced to travel to CT and bring him to court to get my money and bring him to justice. He took full advantage of my trust, I have owned my logging company for 25 years and never had anyone do this to me.

Other guy's have told me that was not unusual! -if you have one, file a consumer complaints!
