Took my Money and did not send ANYTHING. I e-mail them and get no response. Ripoffs!

I ordered a complete set of DVD's for my handicapped daughter for her birthday and these creeps took the money from me but did not send the DVD set. I e-mailed them several times and they refuse to respond back.
I am infuriated that they can get away with this. It has taught me one thing. Order NOTHING from the internet again!
