Mailed a check to Wind-Wheels on 8/4/08 for a birthday present for my 70 year old Mother. On 8/14/08 my check was cashed. I tried contacting Wind-Wheels regarding shipping information via e-mail (they don't take phone calls) Their website said they would respond to e-mails within 24 hours. I contacted them several times via e-mail and never received a response.
I never received my Mothers birthday present.
