Told me that I would receive phone calls to rent out my timeshare, when I tried canceling my service within the three business days as told by contract, was given excuses

I was given a call by a representive named Marty to help rent out my timeshare through the company called Exdecutive Timeshares. I was charged over $500 for a lifetime service fee for adversting my timeshare. I tried cancelling these services within three business days as told by contract and was given an excuse that Shelia was not in office. This prolonged my cancellation. I tried numerous times calling back and was given many excuses. This company is a total fraud and the numbers they gave me in contract are no longer in use.
