A man called saying he was from "dot" and had extra paving gravel he wanted to get rid of. He said it wasn't much only a couple hundred feet. He wrote on the receipt it was 10' x 10' @ $2.50 a sq. Foot, which would come out to $250.By the time he had finished unloading the paving, he had unloaded 5,800 sq. Ft. Which came out to $14,500. He demanded payment at once. The top of the receipt had in capital letters: dot. He falsified his company's name which was in fact "young's paving". After we told him we didn't have that much money not even in the bank, he would settle for $9,000. Again we told him we didn't have that much amount of money either. Finally, he said he would settle for $7,000 or he would put a lien on the property. We told him we would have to contact the Better Business Bureau before we got back to him.
