EXTREMELY BAD Service - VOIP and Cable TV

HELP - I am drowning in U-Verse Purgatory.

1) CABLE - It only allows 1 HD Stream - We were told we could watch multi HD TVs and that was a LIE. Received a NEW HD TV for Mother's DAY and I can not watch an HD channel on it if someone else is watching an HD channel in the DEN. I think we deserve a discount! No one told us we had to be within 2500 feet to have 2 HD Steaming. NOT EVEN the INSTALLER.

2) PHONE - Security SYSTEM did not work with U-Verse VOIP - IT WORKED with COMCAST VOIP. They assured us it would work when we purchased U-VERSE. And the INSTAllER did not even hook up the PHONE LINE to the security SYSTEM. We have had to spend another day for ATT to come and try and fix this but ended up having to purchase a new HOME Security SYTEM and spend another day of VACATION and over $500.00 for a new HOME ALAM system when the old ONE was working JUST FINE.
Also, our Phone service is not as strong. We use to be able to take our home handsets to the mailbox and still have service. Not any more. I MISS COMCAST.

3) BILLING - My ATT CELL PHONE Wireless number has not shown up on my U-Verse combined Billing yet, so I can not purchase an upgraded Cell phone over the internet. AND, I will likely have over 3 months (2 months already not paid) of Cell Phone Bills I will have due. NO one will take my money as the bill is not combined yet.

4) Internet - This is the only thing working like it should.

5) TIME SPENT ON PHONE AND FOR FIXES. I have literally spent hours on the phone and at home getting the phone line fixed, Alarm installed, trying to get my TV cable to work. About 12 hours for fixes including installation and over hours on the phone. My time is worth money too not to mention the ATT phone repair ATT had to perform because the installer did not do his job.

PEOPLE, GET YOUR SALES (ours was in the ATT Cell Phone STORE), INSTALLERS and Customer Service improved. The Right Hand does not know what the left hand is doing or saying and we the paying customers are having to deal and pay this with much TIME and MONEY.
