When I was mobilized for Military Duty, Litton stated that they had lots of Military members and they would allow me to make payments on the 15th and 30th as they knew I got paid twice a month, and I could even make an allotment out to them and then they could get paid without me having to do anything.
My wife went to get a car repair loan from our local bank and we found that my credit was shot as Litton was reporting me as making late and no payments.
When I called Litton they denied ever telling me that I could make a partial payment and that I was behind in my payments due to late fees and fines.
I asked for a Loan modification and when they sent me one it was horrible and blamed me for all my back payment issues and they took no blame for anything. So I looked to a third party to get a loan away from Litton Loans.
However Litton refused to sell the loan to a third party, But they would allow me a better Loan modification and told me to send them "X" amount of dollars and they would put me on a trial loan modification.
They taught me well on on how good they could lie I said I wanted to see it in black and white and they needed to send me a statement agreeing to this.
I waited a week and nothing came in the mail, so I called them back and the person I spoke to had no clue as it was another department that set that up and there was nothing in my notes. Some how we lost the call and when I tried to call back I got their recording for after hours.
I called again and found a person that told me that the Loan Modification had been mailed and I said I did not get it and asked if they could send it Registered Mail so they had proof of the mailing and my reciept.
It was explained to me that they did not have to prove I recieved the package, I was suppose to start making the payments or I would be in default and they would not offer me another Loan Modification. I asked them to mail me another packet and they said they would.
Another week went by and still nothing and when I called to ask what was going on about this, I was informed that they had mailed out a packet to my address and I failed to live up to the agreement that was made over the phone so there for I was in default.
So in playing their game I said "But I sent you two checks in the mail as you now have two payments why have you not submitted them to my bank for payment as the money is still in my account!" to which they replied we never recieved your payments and IF you want to be sure that the payments are recieved on time then you should use Western Union and send it via them so there is accountability. You are now in default and subject to foreclosure.
The next statement we got in the mail was from their Lawyers at Milsap and Singer stating our home was up for auction and we are in foreclosure. It will be sold the 20th of January at the court house steps at 9:00am
My credit is shot and they continue to serve their own justice to the American People and NO ONE seems to be able to stop them! Jonathan W Taylor
