I requested information on two separate issues:#1-Loss of points earned while a member of the "Wheel Of Fortune" club.#2-Asked for support for hooking up equipment to my Sony receiver (plus almost all of my equipment is Sony products).
Response was quick and the same on both-no customer assistance on either issue... It's amazing that once you've spent so much money for their products, they no longer value your business (I figure I own over $10k in Sony equipment).
