Beltway $200 Gift Check Offe

Been waiting for a $200 gift check from Comcast since February! Have been getting the phone run around from representatives for months. Supervisors NEVER seem to be available and each person talked to has no idea why the check has not yet appeared. Been told repeatedly for several months that it takes 16 weeks to process as receive after filling out so-called redemption form. And, requires account billing to be current for a period of 90 days.

Well, HELLO!!! Account has ALWAYS been current, form has been forwarded, even received email confirmation of Comcast having received the completed form and still I am waiting. Calls to the number indicated on the form (410-427-9600) is a joke because, again representatives seemingly have no idea what the hold up is and supervisors unavailable. Tried mailing (P.O. Box 491870, Lawrenceville, GA 30049-0050) and that was a waste of a stamp!

Just putting this out there for those going through the same ordeal - Just letting them know they are not alone in this. Maybe a class action suit for false advertisement will get better results!
