Dismal Repair Experience

I work in IT for company that has an IT budget of over $200,000. Recently we purchased a few mini netbooks. Soon after the power button on one fell into the laptop requiring repair. I sent mini away, after 2 weeks delay I recived the laptop in the same exact condition. Still broken, it took them a month to get it back to me. I had the same experience with a second mini, the keyboardand touchpad stopped working, i sent out for repir I got it back with the same issue, thwere seems to be a pattern here. Fix it!!!
