I purchased what I believed to be Ugg boots from the site. I received the merchandise 3 weeks later while they charged my account almost immediately. When I received the merchandise they were not the Uggs I ordered. When I contacted them they gave me very detailed instructions on how to return the boots and that I only had 7 days to return them. I was initially going to exchange them but after this hassle I just want my money back. Another case of "if it's too good to be true" I should have known that getting 180.00 Uggs for 120.00 was just too good to be true. I hope this helps. I know people have claimed that they are not realy Uggs but I can't say for sure.
