Sent me a dry cell battery for pwc i could not remove filler caps, sent back only to have same problem with new battery, then only refunded a portion of my money

I purchased a battery for my pwc, when i received battery all but one of the filler caps came out, i called them they wanted me to drill out caps and they would send me new caps, so i sent the battery back, they sent a second battery, to me only to have the same problem, but with three caps this time, so i talked with elliot the owner he instructed me to send it back with his shipping number, by ground, the ups store sent it back next day, so now microbattery.com is holding $40.00 dollars of my refund, and i still do not have a battery, i will no longer do buisness with this company and urge others to be very careful in the future,
