Thinking of using Steve's services to buy or sell a home? Before you do, here is some insight into his ethics and integrity.
I went to work for Steven in Aug. Shortly after starting there — Steve discovered 2 things.
1. I had been released from a Mental Hospital in Jan.
2. My home was paid off.
Knowing #1 above, Steve started a relentless campaign to borrow money. Not being of sound mind, I agreed.
Over the course of the next 2 years — I had loaned him $115,000.00.
He then filed for Bankruptcy (this was his 2nd Bankruptcy) and got the debt to me, and countless other, discharged.

Since that time, I have strugged to keep this home, never being late on a payment. I am realizing, though, that I may have to let it go into foreclosure — my home which was once paid for.
