It is no wonder this company had to be sold to US Express (like a few others) to keep a float. The way it treats the employees (drivers) who are there to make a living. They hire you tell that they will always treat you with respect. How can they do that when they lie about pay... Lie about miles... Lie about most everything? I guess if they talk nicely to you (PC) or Ignore you on the quailcom that makes it ok.
The driver managers who are employees of the company work for the company too but most are brainwashed into thinking they are above the lowly ole driver. They are always so suprised after showing their coworkers and bosses how well they can lie an string alone a driver. That they can get fired or lose their job just like a driver.
Don't you realise the Admin. Gave you the title of Driver Manager to make you feel that you are over a driver. Well here are the facts: we drive trucks that makes us truckdrivers you dispatch loads that make you a dispatcher: don't be ashamed of what you do for a living, but don't let yourself be drawn into the circle that our lying thieving company bosses want you to think you are in. Well all of you know the right thing to do but most of you are to cowardly to standup for yourself anyway,
There is hardly enough work to go around and Arnold Trans. Is steadly hiring more driver to go sit around the truckstop.
The people who work in recruiting need to honestly look at themselves to, along with safety who gives orientation.
