I worked for 10 months with this company and I can tell you they are thieves, they will not train you, you will not make anywhere near what they claim, and the top management should all be put in jail.
I worked in cottage grove mn. Where they have 50 to 60 trucks, and have had that terminal for less than 3 years.in that time they have a driver turn over rate thats got to be 200 percent or higher. Ask yourself if these drivers are earning the kind of money sierra claims why would they leave? Of the drivers who opened that terminal, less than 5 remain. Why?
They hold back 2% of your money for a security fund, but I do not know of one driver who ever saw that money again when he left the company. Last, in 10 months not once was my settlement right, and it was always short never over. And it was not only me but every driver in the terminal.
Any driver who has gotten skrewed by sierra, and I know there are only 100's of you out there, please contact me through the rebuttal key.By our selfs we can not afford to sue them, but get only 40 or 50 of us together and we can put them out of business.
