This guy who claims to be Jorge Diaz, Jr is what we all fear in dealing with some con artist from New York. And I want to make clear that there certainly are legitimate and professional business owners and business people who operate out of New York. We certainly can't put them all in the same bag.
This is the sleeziest scam artist. The irony of the situation is this guy would steal a nickle from your dresser top if you didn't keep your eyes on him. He uses the old bait and switch. Putting up a facade of being well established as a broker and professional. Claims to offer some real estate investing mentorship program.
I was taken! He got me! Don't let this guy get you. I guess I should have known there was a problem when he claimed to be from New York, yet lives in Florida. No doubt there are a lot of people after him for money he stole from them.
This bum charged me $775 for some real estate mentorship course.
