We were in one of your resturants in Killeen, Texas the service was good the food was bad really bad, I had a steak 10oz. And ask for it med. And I got it that way, but I could not eat it itwas so bad, I had it sent back not once, not twice but 3 times and the third one was no better than the frist one. My wife had ribs and they were burnt on the bottom so we sent them back the manager came and said he was sorry and would fix the problem. My wife got her second ribs and they were good, my daughter-in -law was with us and she had her steak sent back because the cheese on top was burnt when she god hers back it was good, but my steak never came back good, When we were ready to leave the waiter said well they would write mine off the bill but I had to pay for my ice tea, I did order it but when someone has to sit thoough that much trouble to get nothing it would not have hurt them to write the ice tea off, now guess how long it will be befoprew I return to Applebeee's.
