Terrible customer service - shipping/customer service

They misrepresent their delivery times, encouraging you to pay extra for speedy shipping and it never happens. Shipping proceeds as if you never paid extra. Email response staff is rude and lies about receiving your complaints. Don't even bother with this company unless you like being frustrated.
