I placed an order for a cell phone and was told it would ship on Feb. 14 and arrive on Feb. 16 if I paid extra for 2nd day shipping. However, Abes did not ship the item until Feb. 22 and it did not arrive until Feb. 27. Abes refused to refund the extra shipping costs and refuses to respond to emails. Average hold time is almost an hour when I call, which is worthless since they refuse to honor their shipping commitments.
Do not order from this NEW JERSEY (not Maine) company unless you don't mind paying for 2nd day air on 2 week delivery times.
