Ripoff your credit card or bank account without your permition ripped off and scammed Stamford nationwide

I have had several problems with Mwi*. They have billed my credit card twice in the last month. Once as "MWI*connections" for $149.95, and once as "MWI*simple escape" for $109.95. I seem to recall having problems with them a few months ago as well. Does any one know what can be done to stop them from doing this? My credit card is actually a debit card for my checking account, and every time they charge my account it ends up costing me about $256.00 in overdraft charges. I can't afford it. I just want them to delete my info from their data banks.
