I "purchased" a car from this dealer and things didn't work out. My car was returned within one week of start of purchase. All monies paid were kept by dealer including all tax, tags, registration and related fees. I took these crooks to court and won but they appealed and i am still fighting for my money being that i can't afford an attorney, it has been a struggle! Several others were in court with them the same day as me and the police in the area are very familiar with their slimey ways. They are not only beating their customers but the state of Pennsylvania with their second ledgers with unreported finance fees. They are breaking every law in the consumer protection laws but are continuing to get away with it. I have filed complaints with BBB, FTC, CPA, State Licensing, and would love to get a class action on their thieving butts. They are taking advantage of people who can't afford to exercise their rights.
