Non disclosure of salvaged vehicle and rental status of ca

I purchased this car 12/5/07 and it stop running 12/6/07 and I have had numerous problems since purchase. I tried to return the used car but of course was told by the dealer the problem was now mine. However I received a call from that same dealer on 2/22/08 saying he was now changing the price on the car and reducing the little over $6000.00 he was charging for the car. The dealer stated I needed to come in and sign a new contract within the next two hours. When I arrived the contract was already printed but he didn't want me to read it but I refused to sign it. At this time I was told by the dealer that the car was salvaged which was not disclosed to me at the time of purchase nor was it posted in my contract or on the buyer guide. The dealer stated that he was just being honest because he didn't have to disclose this to me which I found out was not true. I had a carfax history report done on the car and found out the car was once a rental which he did not disclose at the time of purchase. I ask the dealer to return all monies spent on the car, down payment, car payments repair payments and insurance paid to them which he refused. The dealer stated that since I had the car for a little over 2 months I should be charged for the car as a rental. I called the finance company that brought my contract to see if they were aware of the salvage status on this car and was told they spoke with Nick one of the dealership partner's in January and told him to handle this problem but Flag Auto Sales never contacted me until February. Also when they told me of the salvage status of the car I ask them to take the car back and was told by Nick that it would be listed on my credit as a repo. This dealership has 10 complaints leveled against it with the better business bureau and has an F rating yet none of the regulatory agencies have tried to close them down and I find this very distressing. This company is being left to prey on the public and seems to have no concerns about what they are doing. I have filed complaints with the better business bureau, consumer affairs and suing in small claims court.in the better business bureau profile of this company they state the fraudulent business practices of this company so why are they still open.
