I got no garbage service for the week of oct 28 09... I contacted several people, with waste connections they tell me that sence i am a customer of floyd county, where garbage is manditory even if you pay for the service like me, but are only renerder the service when the man wants to stop... Prestonsburg city utilities that collect my money are responsible for a credit, they say all they do is collect money for the garbage people, they owe me and i want it... I take it off my water bill, they take the water meter... 2 garbage trucks run this road, still prestonsburg city utilities find it necessary to steal off me... This is not the first time this has happen, and i am not the only one it has happed to... Its manditory i take garbage and pay the bill... Then its manditory that waste connections provide the service... When they dont, i expect a credit... Now sence the garbage is on my water bill, then prestonsburg city utilities becomes responsible... Waste connection southern distrist office said i am not in their computer... I am a customer of floyd... That is who they have a contract with... So floyd county, and prestonsburg city utilities owe me, & i want it...$3.34 not much... But if i owe them... They take it... And my water meter... Its unacceptable... Mayor jerry fannin has violated peoples constitutional rights long enough...
