Dear Waste Management:
Thank you for charging me $25.00 without notifying me, to reinstate my service. No, you do not say when you pay your bill online that you will be charged this fee.
Let me see, I can switch disposal companies and not pay the fee or pay the fee to stay a customer of a deceptive company – Oh, but you don’t tell me this before I prepay and you don’t do refunds, how convenient for you. I like to be mistreated by my garbage company. Thank you for nothing but disrespect – why do I want to be a customer of waste management? Sure, go ahead and patronize your company and tell yourself, and me, when I complain why I deserve this fee, but I reserve the right to my opinion: your company stinks more than the garbage you haul.
I do not expect a resolution from your company as I have tried and found nothing but a deaf customer service/billing office or should I say bilking office. Evidently your company is too big to care about its customers.
