This company (KRANE SEPTIC PRODUCTS) is a farce and a ripoff from the word GO!!! They keep going and going and going...
#1. They ILLEGALLY SOLICIT BY PHONE AND CALL PEOPLE that are on the no call list. SEVERAL STATES have SUED KRANE PRODUCTS SEPTIC HELPER for violations of the phone laws, AND WON THOUSANDS!!!
If they have called you contact your attorney general. You can get $1000.00 from these scumbags if they call after you tell them not to once or join the no call list in your state!
#2. THEIR PRODUCTS DON'T DO A THING! Type "Krane Septic" in any search engine and read away! The complaints are endless and the STATE OF VERMONT HAS SUCCESSFULLY SUED KRANE PRODUCTS SEPTIC HELPER FOR FRAUD AND MAKING FALSE CLAIMS ABOUT KRANE SEPTIC HELPER!
If you have been victimized by KRANE SEPTIC HELPER and poured your hard earned money down the drain (LITERALLY!) Contact your state ATTORNEY GENERAL. You might already have money waiting for your from the fines levied against KRANE SEPTIC HELPER for fraud and false claims.
#3. They violate federal phone privacy laws and the federal fair debt collection act by selling you a pig in a poke with a 30 free trial (which is worthless) then they send you a 10 year supply of KRANE SEPTIC HELPER and bill you for the entire amount when you thought you just got a 30 trial!
Then they mercilessly phone you with threats of lawsuits, collections and judgments on a daily basis sometimes as early as & A.M. (in the morning!!!)
This is a VIOLATION OF TELEPHONE LAWS AND THE FAIR DEBT COLLECTION ACT by KRANE SEPTIC HELPERS swindling con men scum who make FALSE CLAIMS TO BE LAWYERS yet can't tell time and don't know the law! Isn't that a crime too?
They will send you invoices with threats of collection also but REFUSE TO SUPPLY ANY PROOF of any debt or of delivery of any product. Again a violation of FAIR DEBT COLLECTION PRACTICES.
The scumbags at KRANE SEPTIC HELPER SEPTIC TANK CLEANER KRAIN CRAIN CRANE PRODUCTS are crooks, thieves, liars, swindlers, cons and maybe even FELONS that have been sued by state after state but steal so much money from people they remain in business selling sawdust to dump down your drain for hundreds and hundreds of dollars.
The crooks at krane septic helper cleaner should be investigated, charged, shut down and jailed by the federal trade commission for their NUMEROUS VIOLATIONS of STATE and FEDERAL LAW!
