Newly Created Zone Manager Positions Seem Pointless

Yes Wal-Mart has come up with these new positions that to me seems like a mad up position that are called Zones Managers. These position allow 7 people to walk around and give order they do nothing else than that Ass. Mgr. Do the the same thing. Than the store Manager do the same thing but the department mgr. Is held responsible for everything from A to Z have you ever herd of such a thing
