Took over my Moms bills after she had had a stroke. I noticed a bill for $14.95 being charged every month since July of 09 to her credit card. She had no idea what they were for. I looked at the last charge and knew she had not purchaced anything. I disputed the charges to American Express and was able to get her money back on all the charges that were not older than 60 days. Im still checking into it. Im not sure how this got statred.
