On March 8 I discovered a charge on my wife's credit card statement of $14.95 labled "ENCORE MKTG 1-877-674-8273 MD." Checking back, I found this same charge every month since December 5, except that the 12/5 charge was for $1.95. I called the number and listened to a recording saying that office hours were mon thru Fri 9:00 to 9:00. I intend to call the number again tomorrow, Monday. My wife has no recollection about the charges. I called American Express and they were able to reverse the last three charges, only.
