I have contacted my American Express Company after failing to be able to contact Encore Mktg. Regarding a charge on my statement of 1.95 which I did not authorize. I was told by my charge card company to notify Encore Mktg. But I can not reach them in any way. I did e-mail but no response. Where do I go next. If anyone can help I would appreciate it. From the other people that have written in the problem started the same way and I do not want to receive any other charges from them
