I ordered the free information from SMC and received it in the mail. A few days later, I received a call from a SMC representative. We were disconnected. A SMC representation called again on 7/29 at 8:02pm CST and left a rude voice message.
He stated that I was an idiot. A representative called from the same phone number the next day and denied that anyone from SMC would do that. I saved the voice message on my phone service. The number from SMC is 607-889-6740.
