We moved to a new house half month ago. I switched AT&T phone and DSL service from our old house to the new house. After using the DSL for 2 weeks in the new house, the DSL service was suddenly stopped. Then after many phone calls to AT&T DSl customer service and more than 5 hours holding and talking to at least 10 people, we were told that somebody messed up our order and switch our service to our old house! They also promised 3 times on the phone they could fix the problem in 2 hours. We waited it (3 times) for 2-hour, nothing was changed.
Now they just promised to fix it (again) in 3 days... So we need to wait another 3 days although we don't believe their promise anymore.
At the same time, we got the first AT&T bill to the new house. They charged us "switch address" fee on the bill!
The at&t customer service is really terrible. Everybody there sounds nice but not helpful at all. Or they are just clueless for their job... We are angry!
