Please never use Montana Custom Hay. They are a horrible company to deal with and I hope you listen to my advice. Don't get screwed over like I did. I called to order hay in July. I asked for a semi loan of 32 tons. The secretary faxed me the paperwork and I paid for everything in July. They said it should be delivered in 1-2 weeks. On the 3rd week I called and they said another 2 weeks for delivery. I called them every week for almost 2 months and they could never give me a date. Finally I called my own trucking company. The first time he went there he had to go back because no one was there to load the hay. The second time he went, the guy told him there was only 21 tons. They screwed me out of 11 tons. There is nothing I can do because the paperwork I signed says "Semi-Load" of hay. When I called to complain the gentelman told me a semi-load to him is only 24 tons. Even so, I was still screwed out of 3 tons. Please, please, please never use this company. They have horrible service and are a fraud. The hay I got wasn't even that great, looked like last years maybe. You don't get what you pay for with this company
