My mother paid $152 dollars for cigarettes by check to an online company, which also has a 800 number. She made her order two weeks ago and hasn't gotten her purchase. She has tried contacting the company but the website is "down for maintenance" and when she calls the number it says the same thing. My mother has ordered from this company before with no problems. Apparently something is now wrong. All my mother wants is her money back. The company cashed her check 12/09/09, it is now 12/20/09.
