I am not happy with Conns for the reason of I have been having trouble with everyone I talk to regarding a refrigerator I had bought. It was the Haier brand that turned out to be a joke. Our ice maker never has worked and they been out 4 times to fix it and couldnt six it. It also makes loud winding noises all the time. I just wished they would have told us ahead of time to not purchase that brand period. They told us they would exchange for another one but I still havent been able to get a hold of anyone who can do something about this. I have heard alot about Conn's and will never purchase anything there again and will tell everyone who thinks of buying something from Conn's to stay away from ther.
