Placed an order on 12/8 in the amount of $260.00 which has never been received. Have tried to contact company by telephone (1-800 #) & online. Phone says no new orders available to be taken & web site says "under maintenance." Have tried the listed number which is no longer available. Have contacted the Better Business Bureau in Louisville, KY & my bank. Both are working on the issue.
